Nothing to retype by hand
AI takes all the details from the vacancy automatically and writes the text. A recruiter no longer enters vacancy details or writes a text themselves.

AI reads a new vacancy and writes the text in the house style, so a recruiter can publish the vacancy after one check.
Derec is a Dutch staffing agency for education. A school's vacancy comes in as a loose text, and then has to be in the recruitment system as a vacancy, with a text in the house style. I built a solution in which AI reads a new vacancy and writes it in the house style, so a recruiter only checks it and publishes it.
AI takes all the details from the vacancy automatically and writes the text. A recruiter no longer enters vacancy details or writes a text themselves.
AI writes every text by the same instructions, in the same five parts. Every vacancy on the website is therefore structured and easy to read.
Every new vacancy is ready in one list that recruiters filter by job and region. That way each recruiter sees the vacancies in their own field straight away.
BEFORE
For a new vacancy, a recruiter wrote a text for Derec's site, created the vacancy in the recruitment system and created a publication for it. That was three actions for one vacancy, with the same details each time. Processing new vacancies took a lot of time as a result.
THE USUAL SOLUTION
The usual solution is to take the school's text over and publish it straight away. Every vacancy text is then slightly different, and a recruiter cannot check whether the details and the information are right for someone who goes to work through Derec. That is why the starting point was that AI does all the groundwork and a recruiter takes the last step.
THE VACANCY
A new vacancy comes in the way the school drew it up. Every school writes it in a way of its own, with the details in a different place.
THE READING
AI takes from the text what a recruiter would otherwise retype: the job, the school, the location, the number of hours and the type of contract.
THE TEXT
After that, AI writes the vacancy text again in Derec's fixed structure: five parts, in the same order for every vacancy.
THE PUBLICATION
A recruiter checks the vacancy, changes what is needed and publishes. That puts the vacancy and the publication in Carerix, the recruitment system the whole company works in, in one go.
CONTROL
AI does the groundwork, but publishes nothing by itself. A recruiter looks at every vacancy and confirms publishing it. The system keeps the recruiter's changes separately, so it always shows what AI wrote and what a colleague changed.
From a loose vacancy text to a vacancy on Derec's site: on the way, a new vacancy passes through four places.
Derec's system · A new vacancy
A new vacancy comes into Derec's system as a text. From here everything happens automatically, until a recruiter checks the vacancy.
Derec's system → AI · The text of the vacancy
AI reads the text and fills in a fixed form (structured output), with the same choices a recruiter would make in the recruitment system. That way every vacancy fits straight into the system it is later published in.
AI → Recruiter · A vacancy in the house style
After that, AI writes the text again in Derec's house style. The vacancy appears as new in the recruiters' list.
Recruiter · Check and change
The recruiter opens the vacancy, reads it through and changes what is needed. The system saves every change straight away and keeps what AI wrote.
Recruiter → Recruitment system · The vacancy and the publication
The recruiter chooses the contact person at the school and confirms publishing. The system then creates the vacancy and the publication in the recruitment system, and the vacancy is online.
It has been in use at Derec since February 2026. A recruiter now starts with a vacancy that has already been read and written, and only assesses whether it is right.
