ABOUT
The goal is work that runs better. How that is achieved is decided together.
WHAT AJEKO STANDS FOR
Improving a process, in the way that fits
Ajeko is the company of Aiden Kops. Ajeko helps businesses make their work run better: less manual work, less searching for information and more overview. Automation and AI are the means in that, not the goal.Every collaboration therefore starts with a process and not with a product. How you work today and what could be better is looked at together. That a process has to get better is fixed. How that is achieved is filled in together.Three principles apply to this. They describe how an improvement is looked at and what you can expect from working together.

PRINCIPLE 1
Help where knowledge or time is missing
In principle you can carry out many improvements yourself. In practice the time or the knowledge is missing, and finding it out costs more than it delivers. With the right people and the right tools you get there faster, and often with a higher quality.

PRINCIPLE 2
The goal is fixed, the way there is not
First comes a look at what is already there, how you work today and what the goal is. Then the way that fits it best is chosen together, and that is not the same one every time.Sometimes an existing tool is enough and only has to be set up well. Sometimes something new is built, because nothing fits how you work. And sometimes it is set up so that your team can change and extend it later. Which way it becomes depends on the process, and not on what is most fun to build.

PRINCIPLE 3
You are part of the process
An improvement only works if the people who work with it get something out of it. That is why you are involved from the start. How you see it, where you want to go and what goes on in practice is the starting point, and the advice builds on that. What is best shows in the end in its use. A solution that is good on paper and that nobody uses is not the best one. That is why your team looks along with every version, and it is adjusted to what colleagues think of it, also when that differs from what was first proposed.
